He is registered as a Professional Quantity Surveyor with both the South African Council for the Quantity Surveying Profession and the Australian Institute of Quantity Surveyors. Furthermore, he obtained his Professional Chartered Surveyor status from the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors in London.
